Tracking Orders

You can track your order and shipping details on our website with your order number. In addition, the Order and Shipping information are notified to the buyers by e-mail.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Important:

All products are sent from Turkey. You must first verify with your local post office if they accept inbound parcels from the Turkey. Currently, there are some countries not accepting international shipments due to COVID-19. If your post office holds or destroys the shipment, Unfortunately, cannot issue refunds if you didn't add insurance for your orders. So again, please check before ordering!!
